General Boxing

Our 60 minute General Boxing classes combine fundamental skills with advanced techniques so you can experience all elements of boxing training. Shadow boxing, pad work, punching bag drills and more – get an intense workout in a safe and controlled environment. If you’ve completed our Boxing 101 classes or are an experienced boxer, speak with a trainer about joining our General Boxing classes.

Boxing 45

Our Boxing 45 classes are perfect for those wanting an even more cardio-intense workout. Over 45 minutes you’ll race through a series of non-stop drills focusing on shadow boxing, heavy bags and conditioning to get your heart pumping and sweat dripping.

Sparring is your chance to experience the true essence of competitive boxing. Sparring classes are designed for our more advanced students looking to test their skills and sharpen their ring IQ.
